The chocolate éclair is a classic French pastry, which can be found in any bakery… How daring, then, on the part of Christophe Adam to impose upon this iconic puff pastry! Or rather, what a genius idea. At first sight, it’s obvious that these pastries are rendered as exceptional creations: we’re talking about a work of art here, and not just a simple éclair. If you are not enticed enough by the brilliant colors and fantastic details of each pastry, just wait until you taste them! However, be sure to consider these two things: it will be difficult to make up your mind when seeing all those delicious éclairs, and difficult to stop eating them once you start! 


Don’t get too overwhelmed by all the sugary goodness! It’s a good idea to start with the bestseller: the salted butter and caramel éclair. An incredibly vast selection of flavors is available year-round, such as nougat, chocolate, lemon, and hazelnut, among many others. L’Eclair de Génie also sets forth seasonal creations that highlight products of the season. For example, in the summertime, there are many fruity flavors that include vanilla with green apple, raspberry, blackcurrant, and pineapple. Christophe Adam

Christophe Adam is one of the biggest names in baking in the world. He proved himself in working for major French and international restaurants and other luxury establishments. With his revolutionary concept of L’Eclair de Genie, he took the pastry world by storm. His creativity first flourished at Gavroche in London, which has 3 Michelin stars. He then worked at the Crillon before joining Fauchon, where he became the head pastry chef. Later, Christophe decided to leave Fauchon in order to free his creative thought process and launch his “snacking” pastry projects. What a treat for sugar lovers around the world!
