Between May and September, Le Montalembert’s patio is open noon and night to eat or have a drink. It is also possible to smoke there.

Myriam Kournaf, the director of Le Montalembert, and the whole Montalembert team work hard to ensure personalized and high-quality service. Le Montalembert is proud to be able to get acquainted with its clients from the moment they place their reservation.

In-room Massages are available, where a massage table and candles are installed for an increased well-being experience.

The roots of the literary and cultural tradition in the Saint German neighborhood go all the way back to 1606 and the construction of a palace by Queen Margot near Saint Germain des Prés Church. Queen Margot's passion for art and literature brought many artists to the neighborhood, a trend that did not slow down during the following centuries. Today L'Hôtel Montalembert continues the neighborhood's literary tradition, having launched the Prix de la Romancière (Novelist's Award) in 2006 at the instigation of its director Myriam Kournaf. This is the first literary prize to be conceived by a hotel. Decided by a prestigious jury, the prize recognizes the best first novel written by a female author.
