Why you will love it?

Step into the modern, stylish world of Le Café Kousmichoff and its world distinguished Kusmi tea.
Neat architecture, pastel colours and understated, smart vibes distinguish this café from other more predictable places on the Champs Elysées. The famous ‘Maison de thé Kusmi’, founded in Saint Petersburg in 1867, with its headquarters in Paris since 1917, has set up its flagship store on the Champs Elysées.
Le Café Kousmichoff opened its doors in 2013 and with its first-floor location above the Kusmi tea store, it not only offers a quiet, cosy atmosphere away from the crowds but also boasts unobstructed views of the ‘most beautiful avenue in the world’.

Our Insiders' Article

Finally a healthy, trendy spot on the Champs Elysées

Open seven days a week from breakfast through to afternoon tea, enjoy the Franco-Russian inspired menu, offering healthy, refined and sophisticated dishes, as well as a selection of indulgent homemade Russian cakes and French pâtisseries.

With its quiet, intimate atmosphere, Café Kousmichoff lends itself to early business breakfasts with clients or colleagues if you are looking to arrange a meeting in the Champs Elysée neighbourhood.
Choose from different ‘formules’ such as Le Russe (The Russian), including fresh bread, butter and jam, buttery pastries, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and blinis, freshly squeezed fruit juice and a hot drink from the extensive Kusmi tea and coffee list.
Or perhaps it is ‘Le Bien-Etre’ (healthy breakfast) that draws your eye with its fresh fruit salad, plain cottage cheese served with a red fruit coulis and nutty oaty breakfast bar (€20).
This is also the ideal spot for breakfast before exploring some of Paris’s well-known shopping streets. Perhaps treat yourself to a glass of champagne to accompany your breakfast for a truly indulgent experience…
Brunch is served every sunday from 11.30am until 3pm, served à la carte style rather than buffet-style (€39).

Russian inspired Cuisine

If a late lunch among friends is more your style, then let yourself be enticed by the fresh and sophisticated Russian inspired dishes such as borscht, a Russian beetroot soup, salmon gravalax, pirojkis, little flaky pastries, and beef stroganoff.
Alternatively choose a Kusmi platter such as ‘L’Anastasia’ which consists of smoked salmon, king crab, salmon eggs, tarama, cucumbers, sucrine salad, blinis and sour cream (€35). Savoury and sweet dishes are available from midday to 5.30pm.

Perfect place to rest after some shopping

Equally, Le Café Kousmichoff is the perfect place to have afternoon tea. Russian style cheesecake with a red fruit coulis, an almond and poppyseed cake with whipped cream, or a Russian pavlova made with meringue, whipped cream and fresh red berries…
Savour with a popular Kusmi tea such as the Anastasia or the Prince Vladimir, the two most emblematic and longstanding recipes of Kusmi tea. Or perhaps try a more original, very popular tea such as the BB Detox, containing a refreshing mixture of green tea, maté, rooibos, guarana, dandelion and grapefruit..

A sunny terrasse

In the summer you can enjoy an apéritif in the sun, sitting on the terrace in front of the store. Opened from mid-april throughout the summer, you can reserve a table outside on the terrace for Sunday brunch and lunch.
Also if you are looking for a cosy but chic location on the Champs Elysées in which to host a private function, Le Café Kousmichoff would be the perfect venue. Open from 6pm, you have unparalleled views of sunset over the Champs Elysées whilst you host your after work style drinks party or dinner…

And shop some more

It goes without saying that you will find it difficult to resist taking home a pot of Kusmi tea on leaving the store…!
