Having a drink in Iron Man's suite

November 21, 2014

By Sedrik

While Paris was celebrating the Beaujolais Nouveau last night, we decided to go to the pop up bar of l’Hotel Particulier Montmartre. If you already read our article, you know that this hotel is very confidential. Oscar Comtet, the director, has decided to go even further. Until Monday November 24th, he transfered the bar of his hotel to the suite n°5, at the top floor, where Robert Downey Jr stayed for over a week.

2 cocktails were specifically created for the event, the Spicynnamon et the Ceci n’est pas un cocktail (15 euro), but we decided to stick with the classics: Suite n°5 and Nuit Pimentée (14 euro), both were excellent. Service, as usual, was very competent and friendly.

You can fit only about 30 people in the suite, so we strongly recommend you make a reservation beforehand (01 53 41 81 40). There is another room in the suite that is perfect for a small group of 6 to 8 people. And if you are looking for a charming restaurant in the area, just go down 2 floors to the hotel restaurant. Enjoy, Parisianist.
