A bit of History

Back in the old days, cultural manifestations took place all night in North European countries during the 24/7 dark periods.

The modern version of the Nuit Blanche started in 2002 in Paris following former mayor Bertrand Delanoë’s suggestion.

Since then, this craze has spread across the world (Rome, Montréal, Brussels, Lima, Leeds…).

The Nuit Blanche 2015 is therefore a chance for everyone to discover unique places, artistic installations and performances.
